Spin is a fun, safe and challenging workout. The rides will simulate varies terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. This class is for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists.
SPIN & STRENGTH
NO SPIN MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. An hour class with half the class time dedicated to cardio conditioning via low impact spinning. The second half of the class will be off the bike and dedicated to upper body strength using weights and resistance bands. A great cardio fat burning class!
