Amy’s passion for fitness began at an early age with organized sports. Playing soccer and basketball throughout much of her life, and later enjoying the sports from the sideline as a coach, these experiences helped create the foundation for her dedication and success in athletics and fitness. She brings this passion to Elevate Health Studio and strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. When Amy’s not at the gym, she is busy chasing her four-year-old, Brooklyn, and six-year-old, Charlotte and working full-time as the enrichment coordinator at Lurgio Middle School. As owner of Elevate, Amy keeps busy behind the scenes and enjoying teaching Tabata Bootcamp when possible.For fun I: Enjoy drinking craft beer, playing with my kids, and dancing to 70s disco music. A chiropractor in private practice in Bedford, John Boyden has been a fitness instructor for two years. He returned to exercise after losing his momentum a few years back, and now says he can’t imagine not coming to the gym regularly. “I love the feeling I get when I exercise and I continue to see gains in my fitness level, which is really exciting. I also feel like I have more credibility with my patients because I’m not just preaching the value of consistent exercise, I’m walking the walk.” John teaches P90X at Elevate.

“I enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.” John Faggiano has been a professional member of the fitness community for the past four years. A musician who plays drums professionally, John taught drums and percussion prior to becoming a certified personal trainer. John leads spin/strength and strenght, core cardio & more at Elevate and also works with personal training clients.
“I have a passion for fitness and want to share it with others.” Sue Greaney is a fitness veteran with over 20 years of experience in the field. If there’s a certification to be had, chances are Sue has earned it! She loves to workout herself and loves nothing more than watching her clients succeed. “It’s wonderful to see clients reach goals and change their health in ways they never thought possible.” A certified personal trainer, Sue teaches a wide range of Elevate courses, from Bootcamp and P90X to Spin and Strength.
California Native , Amanda, trained at World’s Famous Gold’s Gym ‘The Mecca’ in Venice Beach, CA. Amanda has trained alongside many celebrity clients, talented athletes and people who are extremely passionate about the fitness lifestyle. She enjoys Motivational Speaking and using her skill to inspire her clients to reach their individual goals.
Coach Clark has a background in Fine Arts Studying Artistic Anatomy and combining her knowledge from her Personal Training Certification,this gives her a more intuitive edge to training. She also has a professional background in healthy eating. Before dedicating her life to fitness she was a Plant Chef for 7 years working at Whole Foods Market as well as private cilential. She loves sharing healthy eating tips, designing weight loss plans and sharing recipes. Amanda enjoys working will all ages and believes in developing a strong relationships with her clients to deliver the best results.

Kelly St. Cyr
“I want clients to see that ‘fit’ comes in all body types.” A fitness instructor since 2014, Kelly St. Cyr has one main goal: to have people believe in themselves and feel proud of what they’ve accomplished. “I want people to feel amazing and realize that fitness is a lifestyle.” Certified in personal training and Spinning, Kelly teaches epic fit, bootcamp and tabata training at Elevate and works with personal training clients. . “Training with me is going to positively change your body, attitude and mood.” For fun I: Work out, craft, and spend time with family and friends. Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer; Mad Dogg Spinning® Kelly has her Masters’ in Education and you’ll see her teaching nature come through when she instructs classes and working one on one in personal training. Kelly knew she was tired of being a bystander in her children’s lives. Wanted to ride the amusements, run on the playground, hop up off the floor to chase her kids around the house. Kelly vowed to turn that around. She enrolled in a nutrition program, began group fitness classes and started to run, these steps were exactly what she needed to become healthy and fit. There were people in her life that believed in her success and picked her up, pushed her and encouraged her when she doubted herself. These people celebrated her accomplishments, enjoyed her goal days and looked forward with her. Kelly and her children play sports, run in the yard and make activity part of the everyday! Kelly has smashed goals, continues to pursue goals and sets new goals.
“I want to help people improve their lives every day.” Jeff Cushman has over two decades of experience in fitness and finds great satisfaction in showing others how getting fit can lead to a happier life. Jeff teaches Bootcamp, Balls & Bands and ‘Ripped!’ classes at Elevate.

Lili has been a certified yoga instructor since 2012 and teaching since 2013.
She leads weekly yoga classes at Elevate.
For fun I: Get outdoors! I have a small hobby farm with chickens, horses and barn cats. I spend a lot of time cooking, gardening, canning, and hanging out or hiking with my dogs.

After beginning yoga teacher training as a journey of self-study, Dalyne realized the benefits of the practice and decided to share them with others. She has been teaching yoga for almost 3 years now and leads Gentle Yoga classes at Elevate two days a week.
For fun I: Go dancing or camping, get out into nature, read, attend live theatre performances and play board games with my children. I love my music and can be found dancing through most activities…cooking, watering plants, sometimes even grocery shopping.
