Amy Rockwell, Owner
Amy’s passion for fitness began at an early age with organized sports. Playing soccer and basketball throughout much of her life, and later enjoying the sports from the sideline as a coach, these experiences helped create the foundation for her dedication and success in athletics and fitness. She brings this passion to Elevate Health Studio and strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. When Amy’s not at the gym, she is busy chasing her four-year-old, Brooklyn, and six-year-old, Charlotte and working full-time as the enrichment coordinator at Lurgio Middle School. As owner of Elevate, Amy keeps busy behind the scenes and enjoying teaching Tabata Bootcamp when possible.

Karen Montgomery, a certified personal trainer and registered yoga instructor, is a veteran with more than 12 years of experience in various aspects of the fitness field. When she’s not helping her clients reach their fitness goals, Karen spends as much time as she can with her three children who are actively involved in youth soccer, volleyball, and basketball. Karen brings her love of yoga, strength training, and running to her teaching. Currently, she teaches Tabata Tuesday and Fitness Fusion—a unique class that Karen personally designed. “This intense 45-minute class incorporates a unique combination of full body strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. It is FUN, challenging, and no two classes are exactly alike!”
For fun I: run, strength train and do yoga. I spend as much time with my three children who are actively involved in youth soccer, volleyball and basketball.
