Amy Rockwell, Owner

Amy’s passion for fitness began at an early age with organized sports. Playing soccer and basketball throughout much of her life, and later enjoying the sports from the sideline as a coach, these experiences helped create the foundation for her dedication and success in athletics and fitness. She brings this passion to Elevate Health Studio and strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. When Amy’s not at the gym, she is busy chasing her six-year-old, Brooklyn, and eight-year-old, Charlotte and working full-time as the enrichment coordinator at Lurgio Middle School. As owner of Elevate, Amy keeps busy behind the scenes and enjoying teaching Tabata Bootcamp when possible.

Melissa Hopf

“There’s not just one path to get to where one wants to be, and it’s not impossible.”
 
When Melissa started her personal fitness journey, her goal was to change the unhealthy path she was on.  It soon morphed into wanting to become strong and accomplish things that she never believed she could, and was even afraid to try. “In working with a personal trainer, I gained control again and learned how much my body is capable of.” In 2014, Melissa became a certified Spin instructor and today she’s helping others get on the road to fitness. “As someone who has struggled with weight and nutrition (and still does), I can offer a different perspective. I want people to understand that it IS possible to make changes and surpass goals.” Melissa currently teaches spin and spin/strength.
 
For fun I: Hike, kayak, basically do anything that involves the beach and being outdoors.
Certifications: Mad Dogg Spinning®; INSANITY LIVE®; CPR/AED/First-aid.

John Faggiano

“I enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.” John Faggiano has been a professional member of the fitness community for the past four years. A musician who plays drums professionally, John taught drums and percussion prior to becoming a certified personal trainer. John leads spin/strength and strenght, core cardio & more at Elevate and also works with personal training clients.

For fun I: Play the drums and work out!
Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer; Function Movement System, Level 1; TRX Group; Mad Dogg Spinning®; P90X LIVE; CPR/AED.

Marissa McAleer
Marissa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her areas of focus include functional training, flexibility & balance, HIIT, and strength training. She is also certified in Silver Sneakers Classic and enjoys working with the young athlete, the mature adult, and everyone in between.

Marissa is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), and is currently enrolled in the 500-hr program at YogaLife Institute of NH. She has specialized training in Yoga and Cancer through Yoga in Action, and Yoga and Mindfulness for Diverse Abilities through Childlight Yoga. She is a Reiki II practitioner. 

Marissa believes that movement and yoga is a way to shift energy, clear the mind, and step into your power. Her approach to fitness is grounded and balanced – with a touch of humor – and she encourages participants to show up just as they are, with love and patience, curiosity and courage.

Kelly St. Cyr

“I want clients to see that ‘fit’ comes in all body types.”

A fitness instructor since 2014, Kelly St. Cyr has one main goal: to have people believe in themselves and feel proud of what they’ve accomplished. “I want people to feel amazing and realize that fitness is a lifestyle.” Certified in personal training and Spinning, Kelly teaches epic fit, bootcamp and tabata training at Elevate and works with personal training clients. . “Training with me is going to positively change your body, attitude and mood.”
For fun I: Work out, craft, and spend time with family and friends.
Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer; Mad Dogg Spinning®

Jeff Cushman

“I want to help people improve their lives every day.” Jeff Cushman has over two decades of experience in fitness and finds great satisfaction in showing others how getting fit can lead to a happier life. Jeff teaches Bootcamp, Balls & Bands and ‘Ripped!’ classes at Elevate.

For fun I: Spend time in nature – “I’m an avid outdoorsman!”– and do things with my kids.
Certifications: B.S. in Health Fitness from Springfield College; Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association; Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor; CPR/AED.
